Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders may be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped.

• Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, customers are requested to place orders responsibly.

• Repeated refusal to accept COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

Cancellation by GoFitty

GoFitty reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability.

• Pricing or technical errors.

• Payment verification issues.

• Suspected fraudulent transactions.

• Incomplete or incorrect shipping information.

• Situations beyond our reasonable control that prevent order fulfillment.

If an order is cancelled by GoFitty after payment has been received, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Changes to Orders

Once an order has been placed, changes to the delivery address, products, or quantities may not be possible after processing has begun. Please contact our customer support immediately if you need assistance.
